I employ a holistic leadership approach that involves empowering, educating, and engaging clients in a process designed to add value, improve performance outcomes, and ensure personal/professional success.
Analysis
The process starts with gathering data and clearly defining objectives. Together, we will identify areas of strength and opportunity and outline a strategy from which to move forward. Setting expectations is an integral part of this process, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
development
Once we have outlined and identified the performance outcome, it's time to put the "meat on the bones". Creating experiences and activities, whether personally or professionally (individual and/or teams) carefully designed to exceed expectations and meet the agreed upon objective(s).
execution
At this point, it's time to execute the plan - to do what has been decided. I act as a facilitator, guiding you through the process and solving implementation and other issues. At the conclusion of the program or event, we evaluate the process, make necessary adjustments, and address sustainability.
